Brewery Membership
At the heart of the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild are the brewers who produce the beer that captures the imagination of craft enthusiasts and inspires the next generation of brewers. Brewery members are invited to attend quarterly GCBG meetings and have an active voice in the ongoing direction and objectives of the Guild. This category is for craft breweries and brewpubs in the state of Georgia. You will also have a voice in the legislative initiatives of the guild and the manner in which craft beer is promoted and furthered in Georgia. Furthermore, you’ll get the opportunity to network with current breweries and breweries in planning as well as have access to all GCBG events. There are membership requirements for brewery members so please contact us for more information and membership details.
Brewery In Planning
Many brewers need help and guidance before they’re ready to become official Breweries in Planning with the GCBG. First, if you’re seriously thinking about opening a brewery you should join the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild to gain access to the resources we have gathered to help you along the way. We’ll share your contact info with our Allied Trade Members that are experts in all things in the craft brewing business. Also, from time to time cities and counties in Georgia look to recruit breweries and if you’re flexible in your location or if you happen to be looking to put a brewery right where there’s a need, we may get you in touch with the proper local officials to help make your dream a reality. We strongly recommend that you have a lawyer before you take the critical steps of choosing real estate and deciding on a wholesaler. We want every brewery owner in Georgia to have a strong foundation!

Allied Trade
Allied Trade Members are the suppliers and partners that make it possible for us to produce the amazing beers that make the craft beer industry exciting. As an Allied Trade Member you will have the opportunity to give periodic presentations to the Guild about your products and services. We will also feature Allied Trade Members in the GCBG communications and have their logo and promotional information available to members on the website. Allied Trade Members will also receive preferred booth locations at GCBG events.
Georgia Craft Beer Retailer
Georgia Craft Beer Retailer Members are the bars, restaurants, bottle shops, and homebrew stores that bring Georgia craft beer directly to our communities. Retailer Members play an essential role in shaping Georgia’s craft beer culture by supporting independent breweries and connecting consumers with local beer.As a Retailer Member, you’ll be included in GCBG communications, highlighted as a partner in growing Georgia’s craft beer landscape, and have access to exclusive Guild updates and industry resources. Retailer Members may also be invited to participate in select Guild events and promotional opportunities throughout the year. Note: This is a non-voting membership tier.
Non-profit Organization or Professional Association
Nonprofit & Association Members include qualified IRS-designated nonprofit organizations and associations that are connected to or support Georgia’s craft beer industry. This membership is ideal for groups looking to deepen their relationships within the brewing community, such as beer festival organizers, professional associations, charitable institutions, collaboration beer projects, benefit brewing initiatives, and more. As a Nonprofit & Association Member, you’ll gain access to Guild communications, industry insights, and opportunities to join for member exclusive events. Applicants should not be eligible for membership in any other category and must demonstrate alignment with the Guild’s core values or a clear connection to the Georgia craft beer industry.Note: This is a non-voting membership tier.
