The Georgia Craft Brewers Guild (GCBG) is a not-for-profit 501(c)6 tax-exempt organization. The GCBG works to promote and protect small and independent craft brewers, and serve our members through advocacy, education, and awareness. The Guild is governed by a 7-person Board of Directors and led by an Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Membership
- Drive new Brewery & Allied Trade membership.
- Manage and improve member retention efforts.
- Maintain and update membership database (CRM) and other general email databases.
- Create and manage biweekly newsletter (MailChimp).
- Serve as resource for brewery members.
- Ensure membership engagement.
- Organize and produce events and assist in producing the annual conference.
- Oversee and assist interns, volunteers and production teams.
- Solicit participation from breweries for GCBG events (festivals, conference, competition, etc.).
- Expand and create new event opportunities.
- Update Website and Social Media Pages
- Learn and utilize CRM as the primary membership database.
- Participate on weekly team calls.
- Assist in producing board meetings.
- Research and recommend additional revenue avenues.
- Membership rates.
- Brewery engagement.
- Event engagement and revenue.
- Revenue generating ideas and execution.
- Previous Marketing, PR, Membership or Account Management Experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient in social media/Networking, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Photoshop Elements and/or familiarity with CRMs a plus.
- Outgoing with strong communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to think creatively and take initiative.
- Very well organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, writing, and editing skills.
- Passion for craft beer.
- This is a full-time, remote work position. Occasional nights and weekends required.
- Travel is required to various events and meetings throughout the state.
- May include travel to occasional seminars and conferences outside the state.
- Candidates must reside in Georgia full-time. (Metro Atlanta preferred)

Compensation:
- Flexible schedule including PTO and holidays.
- Salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Direct work-related expenses are reimbursed.
